About us
Broadband Trail is an independent home internet comparison and connection service operated by Broadband Trail. We are not an internet provider, and we are not the customer service department of any provider.
We publish coverage summaries for states, counties and towns built from public FCC and Census data, and we take phone calls from people who want help choosing and ordering home internet service.
What we do
- Explain which providers report service in an area, whether each is available to most homes or only some, and whether it is fiber, cable, fixed wireless or satellite.
- On the phone, look up the plans available at your address and help you order one if you choose to.
What we do not do
- We do not handle existing accounts, bills, outages or technical support for any provider.
- We do not publish reviews, ratings or testimonials, and we do not guarantee that a provider serves your address.
